Sandra Douglas is a Canadian-born contemporary oil painter based in West Palm Beach, Florida, celebrated for her serene, ocean-inspired paintings and her signature “bubble theme.” This recurring motif, luminescent, floating, and rhythmic, symbolizes movement, breath, and the cyclical nature of life.
