Aujord’hui, is a private dining space for hotel guests only, and it feels like an upscale private club — in an art gallery. While Peters added elements to the spacious room to bring the feeling of the park inside — there are statues playfully representing the four seasons, pun intended — he also partnered with DTR Modern Gallery to bring an eclectic rotating art collection to the foreground. And Chef Patrice Martineau’s cooking reflects both his French roots and local cooking traditions. (His kitchen shucks a mean oyster, too.)
